  Camp Geiger was founded in 1935. The original grounds were accessed on the Missouri River side of the camp. A generation of Scouts enjoyed the rugged and almost primeval, rocky, lowland camp. In the 1950's, it became clear that, due to the ever increasing popularity of Camp Geiger, more land was needed. In 1952, a major adjoining tract of high river bluff land was acquired. This land, plus the acreage of what is affectionately referred to as "old camp" as well as an additional thirty acres on the northeast boundary purchased in 1990, comprise what we know today as Camp Geiger. Today, therefore, Camp Geiger offers a wide variety of landscapes to energetic campers.

PAYMENTS: Make Checks Payable to Troop 230, B.S.A or indicate you would like funds taken from your Flag account.

Refund Policy:  

We only collect monies when the troop has a payment due to an outside vendor.  These payments are not refundable to the troop so we cannot refund individuals.  The only possibility for refund is if we are able to identify someone else to go in your scouts spot.
