2. Mark the merit badges you want to take.
3. Turn the form into Mr. Ventura between April 24 and May 24.
Note: There is no priority given to early MB signups.
Your MB choices will be reviewed and I will fill out your
online registration with camp.
If there are any issues with your selections, I will let you know as
soon as possible.
4. If you have any merit badges with required prerequisites,
print this form [MB Prereq
Approval Form],
and get it to Mr. Ventura
by May 24.

PAYMENTS: Make Checks
Payable to Troop 230, B.S.A or indicate you would like funds
taken from your Flag account.
Refund Policy: Deposits on plane tickets and
camp may be refunded as long as the Troop or other campers are not
negatively impacted.(i.e. someone else can substitute for you).
Plane tickets are refundable until issued in June. After June,
tickets have your name on it and can be used anytime within 1
year(with reschedule fee).
