1. Print out this form [MB Schedule Form]
2. Mark the merit badges you want to take.
3. Turn the form into Mr. Ventura between April 24 and May 24.
 Note: There is no priority given to early MB signups.
Your MB choices will be reviewed  and I will fill out your online registration with camp.
If there are any issues with your selections, I will let you know as soon as possible.

4. If you have any merit badges with required prerequisites,
 print this form [MB Prereq Approval Form], and get it to Mr. Ventura by May 24.
 ( If you need more time to complete prereq then talk to Mr. Ventura)

* Assumption- 50 passengers traveling on bus  Fewer passengers will result in higher cost per seat.
* Airline tickets have been reserved for 50 passengers at set price $355.
** Adult camp fee will be paid by Troop. (Committee decision 2/2/2006)

PAYMENT INFORMATION/ SCHEDULE

  • 1st Deposit  $200    - Due February 6, 2006

  • 2nd Deposit $200  - Due April 24, 2006

  • 3rd/Final Balance ($355/$10)- Due May 22, 2006

PAYMENTS: Make Checks Payable to Troop 230, B.S.A  or indicate you would like funds taken from your Flag account.

Refund Policy:  Deposits on plane tickets and camp may be refunded as long as the Troop or other campers are not negatively impacted.(i.e. someone else can substitute for you).  Plane tickets are refundable until issued in June.  After June, tickets have your name on it and can be used anytime within 1 year(with reschedule fee).

Other Camp is relatively small which is great because everything is accessible.
No pool, all aquatics take place in the lake.
